Three decades ago, our founders set out to achieve what the industry thought was impossible: commercialize radio frequency (RF) silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology. After overcoming the performance barriers and solving the technical challenges, SOI has moved into the mainstream, and the vision of a silicon RF front end has been transformed into reality.

Our disruptive innovations around SOI technology, RF switches and antenna tuners paved the way for new products in adjacent markets. Every day our engineers continue to challenge the “impossible.” We push the limits of integration and performance so that our products can exceed the market specifications of today and tomorrow..
