TEKTELIC’s core team came from Nortel Network’s main RF and Base Station design team, branching off to found TEKTELIC in 2009. The TEKTELIC R&D team is comprised of experts in a wide range of technical disciplines, with the majority of team members possessing a Master’s degree or above and as such, are trained experts in the areas of radio and system design, and digital signal processing.
